Floods Hit Peru, Three People Killed

Juliaca: Three people died in floods that hit southern Peru. River overflowed and destroyed houses.

Juliaca city residents evacuate valuables. More than two thousand people affected by annual flooding into disaster when the rainy season arrives.

Some residents claimed to despair. The accident destroyed the homes and their economy.

Local weather service agency stating the rainfall in the Pacific region will remain at a point south, central, and northern Peru. It is estimated, it would take up to three months. (RRN)
